Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for Consumables:
In the case of any inconsistency between this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for Consumables and our Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions will prevail.
We recognise that circumstances may necessitate the termination of recurring orders for consumables. Users are granted the right to cancel their subscription at any time by providing 14 days’ notice to us in advance of the next billing cycle. Subsequent to the processing of payment for the final billing cycle, the subscription will be formally terminated, and no further charges shall be levied in relation to the subscription.
Cancellation Process: Customers may effectuate the cancellation of their subscription through their account on our website or by engaging our customer support. The cancellation shall be deemed effective at the cessation of the prevailing billing cycle, and no charges shall be incurred beyond this point.
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for Subscription Plans with Initial Setup Fee:
For subscription plans encompassing an initial setup fee and a nominal monthly cost, customers are contractually bound to receive ongoing hardware and equipment supplies for a stipulated duration. In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation prior to the contractual term's completion, the ensuing policies shall be applicable:
- Exit Fee:Customers opting for cancellation before the stipulated term concludes shall be liable for an exit fee. This fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of our loss and is designed to cover us for the initial setup costs we incurred in relation to the provision of the hardware and equipment supplies, and accounts for the commitment mutually undertaken.
- Return of Hardware:Customers are obligated to promptly return all initially provided hardware equipment upon cancellation. The return procedure must be initiated expeditiously following cancellation, with customers bearing the associated shipping costs.
- Equipment Supply:The ongoing supply of equipment received during the subscription is exempt from the return requirement. It is considered an integral component of the service and is not subject to retrieval.
Cancellation Process: Customers may initiate the cancellation process by contacting our customer support team. The applicable exit fee shall be communicated during the cancellation proceedings. Upon payment of the exit fee, customers will receive comprehensive instructions regarding the return of initial hardware equipment. Finalisation of the cancellation shall ensue upon receipt of the returned hardware, with no further charges to be incurred in relation to the hardware.
